John Honea is a seasoned multi-instrumentalist with over 25 years of drumming experience. He took lessons right here in Dublin as a child and developed a deep connection to the community.
John specializes in rock and jazz styles, as well as marching snare. In his lessons, he emphasizes timing, mechanics, as well as helping students prepare for school-related music programs. Whether you're a beginner or an intermediate drummer, taking lessons with John would ensure a strong foundation of knowledge and skill.
John also served in the Marine Corps and has performed with multiple bands in the Bay Area. In his spare time, John plays gigs around the area and watches movies with his cats.
