We’re sad to see you go!

To better serve our customers and teachers, we have changed our withdrawal procedures.

We might have some great options to accommodate your scheduling needs, so before committing to withdrawing, please touch base with your teacher and/or Interim Lesson Program Manger, James Perez, to explore options.

We require a brief exit interview with the Lesson Program Manager or other qualified JAMS Music Team Member in the retail space prior to withdrawing from your music lessons. You can contact us via email at lessons@jamsmusicdublin.com or calling 925-828-5267.

Because of our 1st-of-month billing cycles, we greatly appreciate giving us one month in advance to give us plenty of processing time in order to discontinue lessons for the next billing cycle.
